This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondent to complete the Investigation in Crime No.184 of 2018 on the file of Respondent and file the final report within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 27.04.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report as expeditiously as possible. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

either file a final report or closure report as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
