Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the Hon'ble District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Sriperumbudur to dispose the Suit in O.S.No.456 of 2014 pending on its file within a timeframe that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to dispose the Suit in O.S.No.456 of 2014.

2. Heard M/s.R.Anitha, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2014 and the trial had already commenced, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur shall endeavour to complete the suit proceedings atleast within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
