CR.NO.327/2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of report before the respondent Police morning at 10.30 am twice a week until further order imposed by this Hon'ble Court passed in Crl.MP.No.13475 of 2018 in Crl.OP.No.21901 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ELAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.PRABHAVATHI, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21901 of 2018, dated 14.09.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
