C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed to quash the impugned notice dated 29.08.2018 issued by the third respondent under Section 3(2) of Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Act, 10 of 1999) in respect of the subject properties.
2. Today, when the matter are taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the impugned notice is nothing but a show cause notice, and the petitioners also sent a reply in response to the show cause notice and final order was also passed on 26.11.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that subsequently, the law has changed, but no final order has been passed till date. However, the learned Additional Advocate General produced a copy of the final order dated 26.11.2018.

Since the writ petitions have been filed on 19.11.2018, soon after filing of these writ petitions, final order had been passed on 26.11.2018 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
