2. By the earlier order dated 05.04.2022, this court directed the petitioner to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural". Pursuant to the direction of this court, the petitioner has effected paper publication and has produced proof for the same.

3. In spite of the said publication and the respondent's name has been printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the respondent. Page 1/3

4. We find from the affidavit that the petitioner has satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay is condoned.

The petition is allowed.
