This petition is filed to condone the delay of 31 days in preferring the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Notice sent to the respondents 1 to 3 was returned with an endorsement as "refused". But, notice sent to the fourth respondent was served. Though the names of the respondents 1 to 4 have been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them today either in person or through counsel.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 31 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
