Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the learned Advocate Commissioner has seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant company. Learned counsel for the applicant has acknowledged receipt of the vehicle in question from the Advocate Commissioner.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant would further submit that subsequently, the respondent has approached the applicant company and has paid the due and regularised the account and accordingly the vehicle has been handed over back to the respondent.

3. Learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report to the effect that the vehicle in question has been seized and handed over to the applicant company, and also filed a memo seeking additional remuneration.

4. Considering the efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner to seize the vehicle, this Court is inclined to allow an http://www.judis.nic.in

KST additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), which shall be paid by the applicant company to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the vehicle in question has been seized and handed over to the applicant company, no further orders are necessary in this application and the same is closed.
