ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 06.07.2018, made in W.P.No.11869 of 2011, has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come

up with the present contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that as against the order passed in W.P.No.11869 of 2011 dated 06.07.2018, a writ appeal has been filed, in which, interim stay has been granted. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in the contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
