Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records leading to the passing of the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 20/9/2018, BCCI/HQ/34(J)/3343/2018, and the consequential order passed by the 4th respondent dated 21/9/2018, and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 4th respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the forthcoming tournaments organized by the 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
