ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records and quash the proceedings pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.507 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present petition become infructuous and hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
