Common Prayer: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamalle to dispose of I.A.(SR) Nos.10783 and 10784 of 2017 filed in the suit O.S.No.291 of 2016 pending on its file within a time frame. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Sankarappan in all CRPs C O M M O N O R D E R The direction sought for in the present revision petitions seeking to dispose of the applications which are yet to be numbered, may not be maintainable.
2. Nevertheless, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have filed the applications on 05.12.2017, the Registry of the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee have not taken diligent steps to number the same.
3. Hence, the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee is called upon to direct his Registry to number the I.A.(SR) Nos.10783 and 10784 of 2017, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
