ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the fourth respondent Letter No.17417/ADW7/2016-1 dated 20.12.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to sanction interest for the belated payment of commutation of pension with further interest till the actual date of payment.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and the legal heirs of the petitioner are not willing to pursue the case further.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. Page No.2 of 4

No costs.
