(CR.NO.216/2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.14246/2018 dated 29.10.2018 that the condition the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am and 5.30pm.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SUBBURAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21027 of 2018, dated 05.10.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
