(The case has been heard through video conference) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to return the original sale deed vide document No.2546 of 2002 relating to 1st petitioner's property given as security in pursuant to the closure of loan dues as on 22.05.2017 based upon the 1st petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2018.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the prayer sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
