Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.24519 of 2018 dated 22.10.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P No.24519 of 2018, dated 22.10.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
