This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.602 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. In view of the fact that the de-facto complainant herself has approached this Court seeking to quash the FIR and also the fact that the offence involved is minor in nature, this Court is inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.602 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent police.
