This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, to cancel the Anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 08.10.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 13758 of 2018 in Crime No.576/2018 on the file of the 4th respondent and direct the 4th respondent to arrest the respondents 1 to 3 and commit them in to their custody.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13758 of 2018 in Crime No.576 of 2018 dated 08.10.2018 has been complied by the respondents 1 to 3. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
