PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for records in connection with the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in Memo No.BCDFGISSSV 1022 of 2018 dated 08.11.2018 against the petitioner's son the detenue, Deepan son of Rajendran now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the Deepan, son of Rajendran, before this Court and set him at liberty.
