ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Thalaivasal, Salem District, to conduct enquiry in CSR No.450 of 2018, dated 10.11.2018 and take necessary action in accordance with law.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, till date, the respondent Police have not registered an F.I.R. Therefore, this petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent Police to conduct nquiry in CSR No.450 of 2018, dated 10.11.2018 and take necessary action in accordance with law.

3.The prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. The petitioner has to work out his remedy only by following the guidelines issued by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
