Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.23747 of 2018 on 08.10.2018 directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.TAMIL THENDRAL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23747 of 2018, dated 08.10.2018.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
