The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned", to correct the mistake in referring the name of Mr.A.Kumar, Additional Advocate General as appearing for R3 and R4, instead of R1 and R2, as stated in the order dated 04.03.2019. Likewise in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 04.03.2019, it should be read as learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents, instead of learned Additional Advocate General.

Accordingly, Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 04.03.2019 made in the above Writ Petition.
