Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 19.04.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.6157 of 2018, granting bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the conditions imposed by this Court has been regularly complied with and the petitioner is facing difficulty to comply with the same due to his ailments. Therefore, the petitioner seeks to modify the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 19.04.2018. This Court is not inclined to modify the condition, since the petitioner was directed to appear before the Court below only once in a month and this Court is ready to take up the main revision itself.
