2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the trial has commenced and posted for cross examination on 23.08.2018.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.392 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands ordered. No costs.
