PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No.994/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 29.10.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the detention order as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenue Chithiraivelan @ Kabilan @ Kapil, son of Periyasamy, aged about 28 years, detenue now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set him at liberty.
