O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for willfully and deliberately violating the order of this Court dated 08.06.2017 in W.P.No.3085 of 2015, award costs.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the second respondent appeared before this Court and submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, principal amount and simple interest has been paid to the petitioner and compound interest has not been paid.
