ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to file final report in Crime No.2 of 2016, dated 22.01.2016 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 22.01.2016, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
