CMP.No.21429 & 21433 of 2018 in S.A.No.173 of 2008 N.SESHASAYEE,J., CMP.No.21429 of 2018 is filed to declare the petitioner/3rd appellant as major and CMP.No.21433 of 2018 is filed to discharge the guardianship of her mother.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions that the petitioner/3rd appellant herein has attained majority as on 20.07.2008 and hence she may be declared as major and discharge the guardianship of her mother.

4. Recording the same, these petitions are ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main appeal.
