ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2018 for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

removal of encroachment in Survey No.476 at Kattavoor Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvellore District.

2. Learned Government Pleader (i/c), who accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents, states that the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2018 will be considered by the third respondent - Tahsildar, Ponneri within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader (i/c), the writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent - Tahsildar, Ponneri, Tiruvellore District to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
