This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Docket order dated 06.10.2018 made in Memo in E.P.No.54 of 2014 in O.S.No.154 of 2010 passed by the learned District Judge-II, Kanchipuram.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.06.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he has given change of vakalat in this matter. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and the mater stood adjourned to 21.06.2022.

3. Today(21.06.2022) when the matter was taken up for hearing, neither the petitioners appeared in person nor had engaged any counsel to appear on their behalf. It can now be inferred that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
