ORDER

This Court, vide order dated 26.10.2018, in WP.No.27498 of 2018 and WMP.No.32013 of 2018, directed the parties to maintain status quo, until further orders. Since the said order has not been adhered to by the respondents, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.On 21.06.2019, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted for dismissal by next week. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.However, the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that before the order of this Court came to be communicated, the management of the Wakf has been taken over by the Wakf Board. Subsequently, a writ appeal came to be filed and the same was ultimately dismissed.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no case of contempt has been made out by the petitioner. Hence, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
