O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the in-laws of the wife. There is a dispute between the husband and the defacto complainant wife. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that these petitioners are unnecessarily called for enquiry even without registering the FIR.

2. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners. If the complaint given against the petitioners makes out a cognizable offence, the respondent Police has to follow the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.
