CRIME NO.583 OF 2013 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.757 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners/Appellants herein in S.C.No.111 of 2015 by judgment dated 12.11.2018 passed by the Learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District and enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.A.No.757 of 2018 [CRL.M.P.No.15851 of 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.757 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BALU, Advocate for the petitioners, and of Mrs.V.

SARATHADEVI Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District, dated 12.11.2018 in S.C.No.111 of 2015 and enlarge the petitioners on bail till the disposal of criminal appeal, the petitioners are before this Court with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the sentence passed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District, dated 12.11.2018 in S.C.No.111 of 2015, is suspended on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District.
