The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file charge sheet expeditiously in Crime No.432 of 2018 on the file of 2nd respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents .

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.432 of 2018 , within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
