The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.6374 of 2018, dated 21.03.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader reports that pursuant to the communication of the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Urban Land Ceiling and Urban Land Tax, Chepauk, Chennai - 5, has passed an order dated 20.08.2019 regularising the purchase of the land by the petitioner under the innocent purchaser scheme. The petitioner is also directed to approach the Tahsildar to produce documents to prove the ownership and get patta.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
