2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that now the respondent-corporation granted licence to the petitioners and she has also produced the copy of the licence.

3. Considering the fact that already licence has been granted to the petitioners, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
