Application Nos.9178 of 2018 and 6953 of 2018 R. SURESH KUMAR, J.

Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 29.11.2018, Mr.Ganesh, Advocate Commissioner was appointed. Thereafter, the advocate commissioner took steps to execute the warrant. Accordingly, the vehicle in question has been seized and has been handed over to the applicant company and the receipt of the vehicle has been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the applicant company.

2. A report to that effect has been filed by the advocate commissioner and he also seeks for additional remuneration. Considering the efforts taken by the Advocate Commissioner in completing the task entrusted to him, this Court is inclined to allow a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as additional remuneration, which has to be paid by the applicant company within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the vehicle in question is seized and handed over to the applicant company, no further orders are necessary in these applications. Accordingly, these applications are disposed of.
