Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2018 in accordance with law by directing the second respondent to register the Sale deed of the petitioner dated 15.12.2017, pending on the file of SubRegistrar, Selaiyur, the second respondent herein. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2018 in accordance with law, by directing the second respondent to register the Sale deed of the petitioner dated 15.12.2017, pending on the file of SubRegistrar, Selaiyur, the second respondent.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 20.10.2018, seeking to take necessary action to register the sale deed of the petitioner dated 15.12.2017, pending on the file of Sub-Registrar, Selaiyur. As no action has been on the same till date, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. Heard Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fifth respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
