ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by releasing the amount of Rs.1,37,063/-, Rs.78,608/-, Rs.68,941/- and Rs.4,283/- towards gratuity, provident fund, pension arrears and monthly pension respectively. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the total gratuity amount is about Rs.1,97,190/-, whereas they paid only a sum of Rs.1,37,063/-. Moreover, when the monthly pension is Rs.6,000/-, they paid only Rs.4,283/- and therefore, a direction be given to the respondents to pay the balance amount.

3.Taking note of the fact that Rs.1,37,063/-, Rs.78,608/-, Rs.68,941/- and Rs.4,283/- have been paid by the respondents towards gratuity, provident fund, pension arrears and monthly pension, this Court grants liberty to

the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if there is any difference in calculation. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
