O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 13.04.2018 in WP.No.9122 of 2018 has been complied with.

2. In this regard, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests issued a communication stating that the Government issued GO.(3D).No.01, Environment and Forests(FR.2II) Department, dated 25.01.2019. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt application.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
