This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.14/2017 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore District.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the parties have arrived at a compromise and they have also filed a joint memo of compromise before this Court. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise entered between the parties and the FIR in Crime No.14/2017 is hereby quashed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The terms of Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part and parcel of this order.
