Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed in the order dated 26.10.2018 in Crl.OP.No.24966 of 2018 and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24966 of 2018, dated 26.10.2018.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
