A compliance report has been filed by learned Government Pleader to show the action taken to remove the encroachment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contested on the compliance report alleging that all the encroachments have not been removed. He prays for and is granted a week's time to file a status report along with photographs to show that encroachments still exist in the waterbody.
