This Court, vide order dated 03.10.2019, had appointed Mr.M.Naresh Babu, Advocate, as Advocate Commissioner, to seize and take custody of the subject vehicle, and had ordered an initial remuneration of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the applicant to the Advocate Commissioner. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing through video conferencing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the vehicle has been seized by the Advocate Commissioner and a report has also been filed. The learned counsel further submitted that the applicant has paid the initial remuneration of Rs.25,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner. 3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is directed to pay a final remuneration of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) to Mr.M.Naresh Babu, Advocate Commissioner.
