ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent being aggrieved against the rejection order passed by the second respondent. Seeking to expedite the above said appeal dated 05.09.2018, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 05.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
