ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2018, under which, the petitioner has sought for furnishing the copies of the following documents viz., i) Report of the Branch Manager, dated 06.12.2012. ii) Charge Memo, dated 20.12.2012.

iii) My explanation, dated 21.03.2012.

iv) Report of the Enquiry Officer, dated 04.05.2013. v) Calling for the explanation for the Report of the Enquiry Officer.

vi) Show cause notice, dated 24.06.2013.

vii) Order dated 03.07.2013 directing me to join in duty. viii) My explanation, dated 09.07.2013 for the show cause notice.

2. It is admitted that the petitioner has asked for all the above mentioned documents, which have emanated either from the petitioner or from the respondents themselves. It is the claim of the petitioner that those documents were lost during the house shifting and that the petitioner cannot file appeal without the documents and hence he sought for those documents.

3. Mr.A.Antony Arockiya Raja, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the documents sought by the petitioner would be furnished by the respondents within the time limit fixed by this court.

5. Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent furnishing the above mentioned 1 to 8 copies of the documents as per the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2018, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
