PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in relation with the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 25.09.2018 in No.884/BCDFGISSSV/2018 bearing T.P.D.A.No.457 against the petitioner's son named Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, S/o. Sampath, Male, aged about 22 years and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set the detenue at liberty.
