2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, W.M.P.No.10636 of in W.P.No.8794 of 2010 is allowed and accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.8794 of 2010 stands restored.
