By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of her Appeal dated 27.11.2017.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 02.01.2017 to the second respondent requesting to conduct an enquiry against the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent regarding the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act-2007. Thereafter, vide order dated 04.10.2017, the second respondent had passed an order directing the third respondent herein to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-to the petitioner for every month. Aggrieved by the same, an Appeal has been preferred by the petitioner before the first respondent on 27.11.2017 and the same is kept pending. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 27.11.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the third respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
7. Post this matter on 30.01.2019 for "Reporting Compliance".
