ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.18016 of 2018, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m until further orders.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel Mr.M.Venkateswaran for the respondent.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the order of the Court below is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, every Monday at 10.30 a.m.
