Comp.A.No.675 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This Application has been filed by the Official Liquidator seeking for a sale of the movable assets of the Company in liquidation. 2.This Court by order dated 02.04.2014, appointed Official Liquidator as Provisional Arbitrator in C.P.No.82 of 2011. After the winding up, learned Official Liquidator taken over the schedule mentioned assets and in this regard, he has also obtained valuation report. Considering the nature of assets and in order to prevent further depreciation in value of the assets, this Court on 16.09.2022, ordered to sell the schedule mentioned property through auction as per the schedule described therein.

3.Learned Official Liquidator would submit that the schedule described for the sale of the schedule mentioned property in the order dated 16.09.2022 has lapsed and therefore, he prayed to re-schedule the dates to proceed with the auction.

Date of Inspection of property 20.02.2023 to 22.02.2023 and 06.03.2023 to 08.03.2023 3.

Last date for purchase of tender forms 08th March 2023 4.

Last date for submission of Tender Forms 10th Mach 2023 5.

Opening of tenders, Date and Time of Auction 15th March 2023 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the Official Liquidator 5.After the completion of sale, the Official Liquidator is directed to file a report on 24.03.2023.
